Regarding double registration EC and Patta
Regarding double registration EC and Patta My land is in perungalathur... Information technology's 1800sqft plot...In 1991 I purchased information technology in the proper noun of my Dad.. I also accept the Patta in his proper name.. I obtained ability from him for the in a higher place country.. In 1997 my father passed away... I did not go and visit the land as I was in Calcutta... At present recently I visited the state only was not able to identify it... I went to the registrar office.. They said information technology has been double registered... I applied for EC... From 1991 to 2019...EC reflects my dads name simply... When I went and enquired they say that the EC is not a valid document and in the Patta and revenue record somebody else's name is there... What practise I practise?. Please guide me on how to become nearly it?
